We accept various forms of secure payment. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
4. Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable. Production begins only after client approval and payment. Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Marcelo’s Jewelry will communicate expected timelines clearly prior to beginning any custom project.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in unused, original condition.

- Custom orders, personalized pieces, and resized items are final sale
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect
6. Repairs
Marcelo’s Jewelry offers repair services for items purchased both in-store and elsewhere. Estimates and turnaround times will be provided upon evaluation. Repairs are performed with professional care, but we are not liable for damage caused by previous workmanship or material weakness.
